1.执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程

2.负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期

3.负责采购订单的对账、付款、收取海关发票等工作

4.执行并完善成本降低及控制方案

5.开发、评审、管理国外供应商，维护与其关系

6.负责采购过程中的退、换货工作，对仓库呆滞次物料的退货等处理工作

7.填写有关采购表格，提交采购分析和总结报告

Responsibilities of Foreign Trade Purchasing Officer for Adult Sexual Products

1. Execute purchase orders and contracts, and implement specific procurement processes

2. Responsible for making, confirming, arranging shipments, and tracking delivery dates for purchase orders

3. Responsible for reconciliation, payment, and collection of customs invoices for purchase orders

4. Implement and improve cost reduction and control plans

5. Develop, review, manage foreign suppliers, and maintain relationships with them

6. Responsible for returns and exchanges during the procurement process, as well as handling the return of obsolete materials in the warehouse

7. Fill out relevant procurement forms, submit procurement analysis and summary reports
